Can I connect multiple Shopify stores to one Reconcile.ly account?

Not just yet! Currently, each individual Shopify store is linked to one Reconcile.ly account.

If you have multiple Shopify stores you'll need to register them individually. You can however connect multiple Shopify stores to one Xero account
