Include orders by tag

Some merchants want to ensure that only certain orders are sent to Xero. Luckily, offers an option to apply a filter, and allow just some orders to be exported.

NOTE: Feature available on the Pro and Unlimited plans.

For this, you'd need to add these orders a tag or tags. To add tags to your orders, you may do the following:

1- From your Shopify admin, go to Orders

2- Select your order(s) --> More actions--> Add tags

3- Enter the tag names, and add them.

4- If they already exist, simply choose them to apply them to the order.

4- Click Save.

Once your orders have the tags you want, you can tell the app to only send direct orders to Xero IF they contain any of the tags you added to those orders. You can set this from the app General Settings -> 'Include Orders by Tag' , and add all the tags for orders you do want to be sent to your accounting system:

You can add up to 250 order tags here. Once done, we will make sure that solely orders with those tags are included in the Direct Orders.
