How to stop the app subscription
You can stop the app subscription by uninstalling it since the recurring charges are managed by Shopify directly.
To uninstall the app, you just need to follow the instructions below:
In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings
Locate the Apps and sales channel and find Reconcile.ly in your app listing
Click on the Remove option on the right side and confirm.
This will remove the app from your Store Admin and automatically cancel your subscription. Therefore, this will stop all recurring charges as well.
