Data flow

Reconcile.ly only gets the minimum data we need from both your Xero and Shopify accounts.
Below is a diagram that illustrates the data flow between Reconcile.ly, Shopify, and Xero:



Reconcile.ly has access, but does not store any of your customers' personal data from Shopify.

When does this occur?

Reconcile.ly gets data from Shopify when you log in and as part of our background processing. Orders are pushed to us in real time.

Reconcile.ly gets Xero data when you log in, and as you change settings in real time. We send data to Xero as part of our background processing.
