# Connecting to Xero

To do this, simply select "Connect to Xero".

From here, simply enter your Xero login details, or if you don't have a Xero account, simply select "Try Xero for Free". 

You'll then be directed to a page, where you grant permission for [Reconcile.ly](https://www.reconcile.ly/) to access your Xero account.

Once you have completed this step, you will be directed back to [Reconcile.ly](https://www.reconcile.ly/) main dashboard. Easy!  
  
Once connected, [Reconcile.ly](https://www.reconcile.ly/) will have access to your Xero data as shown in the data flow diagram: [View Data Flow Diagram](https://reconcilely.crisp.help/en/article/data-flow-g5sn0q/)
